Shamal has completed several leadership and entrepreneurial programs offered by EY and the INSEAD School of Business, and holds an MBA from University of Buckingham, UK.

Sampath has over 21 years of experience in the field of Software and Information Technology. He has been involved in developing enterprise scale software applications for 12 years at CA Technologies Inc.(Formerly Computer Associates) based in New York. He was extensively involved in the development of some of the industry’s leading software products such as ErWin Data Modeler and other Application Lifecycle Management solutions at CA. Prior to that, Sampath was with Auto-Trol Technology Corporation based in Colorado, working on a Product Life cycle Management solution, KONFIG CM, used by organizations in the aerospace industry such as Boeing and Kennedy Space Center at NASA, managing its parts, processes and documents. Sampath holds a MS in Software Engineering from University Of Houston, USA.
Chris counts 21 years of experience in large scale systems development and architecture, programming and technical research experience. His experience spans over fortune 500 companies such as Compaq and Hewlett Packard (HP) in the US and Taiwan. He has extensive knowledge in Operating Systems, Application Programming, Embedded Software and Wireless Technologies. Chris holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Houston, USA, holds US Patents and has authored several technical papers.
Anuradha counts over 13 years of Sales and Marketing experience at the Access Group of Companies. His core focus is on transport and Prepaid ticketing systems in Sri Lanka. He is a key stakeholder in the design of the ticketing system for the private bus transport sector in Sri Lanka. Anuradha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and is currently reading for his MBA in Marketing at University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka.
